Jodi Jackson, Horizon Specialty's Director of Underwriting, has 30 years of underwriting experience in the rural Midwest market and excels at agency support and management. Jodi has earned her AINS and CSPO designations and is working to earn her ARMS designation. Jodi is passionate about fitness, often competing in fitness competitions across the nation and enjoys spoiling her 4 grandchildren. Jodi lives in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Ellie Walsh, Horizon Specialty's President and COO, brings over 22 years of insurance experience to our team, including 20 years at a national insurance carrier, where she had various roles in claims, personal and commercial underwriting and product management. Ellie double majored in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance, earning her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also received her MBA from Edgewood College and has a master’s Certificate in Project Management and a Digital Leadership Certification from the University of Wisconsin. Ellie and her family live in Burke, Wisconsin.

Jason Fogg, CEO of Horizon Specialty, has over 24 years of insurance leadership experience across multiple lines of business including P&C, professional liability and reinsurance. Jason began his professional career as a litigator in Chicago before joining the insurance world. He received his B.A. (magna cum laude) from Dominican University and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois. Jason also spent 8 years as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army Reserve and is an avid, yet tragically flawed, golfer who lives with his incredibly tolerant wife and kids in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
